Same Day Despatch / Next Day Delivery

At Part-Serv we aim to despatch all orders placed before 5pm on the same day! However, we can only guarantee a same day despatch on all stock items if you place your order before 2pm. All standard deliveries should be delivered to you before 5pm on the next working day. Alternatively we offer express shipping options during the checkout process whereby you can select to have your parcel delivered by mid-day or even before 10:30am. We currently only ship to the UK via our online store. However, we can offer international deliveries. If you require an international delivery then please contact us.

Please note that Next Day Delivery excludes weekends.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are calculated by size and weight. The table below shows our standard shipping rates. All definitive shipping costs are shown prior to payment.

Couriers

We ship the majority of our parcels under 1500mm in length via DPD. If we ship your parcel via DPD, you will receive updates via e-mail or text regarding your delivery. You will even get notified of a 1-hour window showing when your parcel will arrive! If your parcel is longer than 1500mm, we will likely ship it via Tuffnells Parcels.

Back orders

Please note that all delivery lead times displayed are for indicative purposes only. Part-Serv do not accept any liability for delays in delivery however caused. In some cases, we may need to back order a part within your order. If this is the case, all stock items on your order will still be despatched and you will be informed of a likely delivery date of the back ordered part(s) within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will only be charged for your first delivery and will not incur any additional carriage charges for back ordered items.

3rd party deliveries

If we do not have stock of a part that you have ordered but the manufacturer does, to speed up the delivery process we may have your order despatched directly from the manufacturer to you. If you have multiple items on your order, you may even receive 2 deliveries (one sent from our parts centre and one directly from the manufacturer). If this is the case, there will be no extra carriage charges and you will always be informed before your order is despatched.

Delivery Insurance

Most couriers standard terms of insurance are £12 per kilo. However, you can insure your delivery for up to £5000 if you wish to do so. Please contact us after you have placed your order if you would like to insure your delivery beyond the standard £12 per kilo.

Receiving your delivery

We advise that prior to signing for any delivery you check the following;

• Are any of your parcels damaged?
• Does the quantity of parcels that you are signing for match the quantity you have received?
• Where applicable, have the parcels arrived on time?

Part-serv will not accept any liability for items damaged, late or missing upon delivery. If you have any issues with the above then you should notify the delivery driver upon signing for your goods. You should then contact us and we will help to rectify your problem with the courier as best as possible.
