Leave Balance Automation
Auto-generate leave balances for a new year. Carry-over is set to 0 per company policy.
Entitlement Rules
Rules applied automatically when generating balances (e.g. tenure bonuses)

Add rules to auto-adjust leave based on years of service (e.g. +0.5 day after 5 years)
How it works
- Reads all employee balances from the previous year as the source
- Applies active Entitlement Rules based on each employee's years of service
- Sets carry-over to 0 and resets taken/pending counts to 0
- Skips employees who already have a balance for the target year (unless Force Overwrite)
