The grant uses each employee's employment start date. Employees without a start date on record are skipped until one is added. Generating a new year's balances here does not award birthday leave — the daily automation does that once the six-month mark has passed.
Recalculate 2027 Entitlements
Rebuilds the 2027 entitlement of balances that already exist from the rules above — contract entitlement for each employee's service length, tenure bonuses, and any granted birthday-leave day. Taken, pending, scheduled and carry-over figures are left untouched.
How it works
- Reads all employee balances from the previous year as the source
- Applies active Entitlement Rules based on each employee's years of service
- Sets carry-over to 0 and resets taken/pending counts to 0
- Skips employees who already have a balance for the target year (unless Force Overwrite)
