Credit application emails
Every email sent when a credit account application is submitted. Edit the wording, save, and future applications use your version straight away.
Accounts receives exactly one email per application — the notification below, with the application PDF attached. The applicant receives their own confirmation email with the same PDF. Each card shows the file it attaches; the Layout tab changes the whole email design. The application PDF itself is edited at the bottom of this page.
